For all those of you job seekers out there, cracking your heads, figuring out if we provide work experience opportunities, the answer is: Yes, we do!

Wait, what is GTP?

GTP, in other words, Groupon Talent Program, is a three-month program, ideal for graduates with an excellent academic track record, who are looking for a kick-start career within the e-commerce sector.

In this program, selected candidates will have to go through a series of tailor-made assessments that will help match candidates to specific roles based on their areas of interest and capabilities.

Best of all, candidates will be given the chance to secure a permanent role within the placed department upon a successful completion of the program!

2. What have you learned since working here?
i) Learn how to learn and unlearn

3.  What do you like the most about Groupon?
Groupon is a good place for you to kickstart your career. It’s fast paced, innovative and yet inspiring environment helps you to develop into a better person. Working with fun colleagues will never make your working life dull.

2. What would people find surprising about the working environment here?
Do you really wear costumes to work?!?!?!?

3. What do you find challenging about your role?
To find a good balance between making our merchants happy, our subscribers happy (which is the most important) and of course, to make Groupon happy when striking a deal.

4. What do you like the most about Groupon?
AWESOME PEOPLE! hands down.

2. What have you learned since working here?
Work fast, move fast, adapt fast. Encountering businesses that are new to me. Being independent and empowered to perform my task. The ability to communicate and adapt to human behaviour.

3. What do you find challenging about your role?
I find much joy when a lead becomes a successful deal. Thus, it frustrates me when a lead is harder to stumble upon than how Cinderella would find her glass slipper. It is also a challenge when dealing with different human characters, adapting strategies for different situations.
